Born and raised in Columbus, OH, Nathan Rose lived a normal childhood. Loving family, great community, actively involved in sports and extracurriculars. Then, in 2016, he went to college and everything changed. Poor decision after poor decision left him drowning in crushing anxiety, substance abuse, and even on the verse of attempting to end it all. 2017 was a dark time in his life. He was going nowhere and had no reason to hold on. Even his best attempts to turn his life around were met with failure after failure.
But, there was hope on his horizon. Invited by a family member, Nathan visited Cypress where he met the one person that could truly change his life and bring him the healing he so desperately needed. This is his story. This is his life, both old and new.
Nathan married his wife Alexis in August of 2020. The two currently reside in Grove City, OH, while he attends Ohio Christian University and pursues his degree in Psychology. Nathan aspires to one day hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling to help those struggling the way he did.
